Likely tier: Borderline
My thoughts were more along the line of..

Nature: Adamant
Ev's 252 ATK 252 SPD 4 HP

Landorus:@Persim Berry
Stone Edge ( Coverage )
Earthquake ( STAB )
Swords Dance ( Stats )
Outrage ( Sweep The Dragons! )
i would replace outrage for substitute so you can spam swords dances safely
Landorus's defenses aren't super great. His subs would most likely get broken in 1 hit, and he's got enough speed to get them set up first. Meaning that I would just be wasting HP.

Although that WAS 9 months ago keep in mind. I don't run anything close to that anymore.

A potentially powerful Pokemon. One of the weirder Pokemon in B/W though. And why does it give off Sp Attack EVs?

Ability: Sand Strength

EVs: Attack, Speed, Defense Nature: Impish

Earthquake: STAB plus Sand Strength boost. Very, very good.

Sandstorm: Allows Sand STrength to activate while also damaging the foe.

Stone Edge: I am assuming that this will be powered up by Sand Strength. It also takes care of Ice types.

Brick Break: Type coverage against a number of types, while also a more reliable attack against Ice types who you need to hit. Takes down Light Screen and Reflect also.

brick break doesn't really do that much damage...even if it is a supereffective hit (75*2=150 power)...you may achieve the same damage by using the stab move earthguake {100+1/2*(100)=150}...not to mention the supereffective damage that EQ can have...So, there are only several ocassions in which brick break can really help you..for instance against  hydreigon due to his  levitate ability.
Josh's comment above holds for all movesets of years past. While I sometimes consider a Hammer Arm (now Superpower thanks to BW2) due to Air Balloon Heatran mainly, I'll never use Brick Break. Hell, won't even touch Sandstorm, due to two Sand Streams in OU.

Really cool type combo. But he really needs to stay away from anything that lives near water.

Earthquake-The standard move for him.

Stone edge/brick break-Cover those annoying Ice types

Sandstorm-Activates ability.

swords dance-...

This is Landorus Choice set,Earthquake is STAB,Rock Slide gets boosted by Sheer Force,U-turn is used for scouting, since I mostly use this as a lead. The last move is preference,Brick Break and Outrage are for additional coverage.

U-turn is also effective against Skarmory which comes in on Landorus often.

Landorus (M) @ Life Orb

Trait: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
IVs: 30 Atk / 30 Def
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)

  • Calm Mind / Rock Polish
  • Hidden Power [Ice]
  • Earth Power
  • Focus Blast

Okay, this guy is an absolute MONSTER. I mean it. With Life Orb and Sheer Force, it reaches a 556 SAtk stat.

Calm Mind gives a Special Attack boost, but it is usually inferior to Rock Polish, which can be used to boost Lando's average Speed.
Hidden Power [Ice] nails all the Pokemon that are weak to it in OU.
Earth Power is extremely power STAB, and rips through things. It does.
Focus Blast is used to nail Pokemon like Skarmory.

Mention that if you run Rock Polish it's fine to run a Modest nature.

Landorus (M) @ Expert Belt

Trait: Sand Force
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd
Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def)

  • Earthquake
  • Smack Down
  • U-turn
  • Hidden Power [Ice]

Expert Belted set.
Earthquake is you main STAB, and will hurt if Tyranitar decides to come in.
Smack Down is to be used with prediction. If your opponent is going to switch into something that is immune to Earthquake, Smack Down will cancel the immunity out and allow Earthquake.
U-turn is to scout, and hits Celebi really hard.
Hidden Power [Ice] is to hit the many Pokemon that are weak to Ice (Gliscor, Salamence, Dragonite it Stealth Rocks up).

Scarf can also be run, but make nature Lonely and replace Smack Down with Stone Edge.

Why does it have a special move? Geez
It's an old set, and anyways, Lando has decent SAtk + Hidden Power grants coverage.
