No. Simple as that, abilities are random (or if the Pokemon only has 1 ability, then you couldn't choose anyway).

No you cant pre choose the abillity of a Pokemon you battle in wild without cheating

No. There are different abilities for different Pokemon. And it is random which ability the Pokemon will have out of the abilities that the certain Pokemon can have.

However, if you breed with a Pokemon from the same egg group, there is a 60% chance of getting a baby Pokemon with the ability of the mother.
