Well, I, as a fellow bisharp fan, have found a decent moveset for it... emphasis on decent, its very beatable, the main things you want to look out for being stealth rock, spikes, and blizzard (toxic spikes are ineffective on steel, sandstorm misses steel). Anyway, on to the actual set.
Bisharp @focus sash (very much required) and, as stated a million times, 252 speed, 252 attack, 4 hp.
Swords dance
Sucker punch
Aerial ace/psycho cut/night slash (I prefer psycho cut over aerial ace, crit rate is better than accuracy to me, as for n.s. vs p.c., id prefer that night slash STAB)
Iron head (flinch, flinch everywhere+STAB=realistic troll)
Bisharp being slow, it is important to have sucker punch. Because of focus sash (as long as there aren't effective entry hazards/blizzard/smart opponent with leech seed) you're gonna get an extra turn to set up a crucial swords dance. If you can force the switch out by setting bisharp against something you both know won't work on bisharp, you can set up 2 swords dance, usually enough to beat most pokemon, even n.v.e pokemon, and if you can set up 3, you might get ragequits. This set relys on sucker pucnh, but if you suspect they won't use a damaging move, USE THE FREAKING BACKUP MOVES! This set has actually given me a couple bisharp sweeps, and I usually try to get the entry hazard setups out of the way before I send it out, as this set relies on sending bisharp out with full hp.
