Why cant my Zangoose go into Random Matchup ?

I got a Zangoose from Pokedit with Toxic Boost ( Poison Rampage ) but the game isnt letting me into random matchup. Why ? I Made sure everything was legit.

the reason your zangoose is not allowed is because it is not legal, to created a legal Pokemon try finding your secret i.d and making sure it can learn the right moves, which you can find here.

If you use Pokeedit,the Pokemon you edited will not be legit no matter if you tried to make it that way or not. Also, a zangoose with that ability/move will definitely not be allowed no matter what. Also it depends on if you edited its level or stats.

It is probably as Mew said your "Met at" or "Met at level"
