Ok let's settle this. No. Rotom and chandelure can NOT breed in any way. It is impossible, simply because Rotom is a genderless Pokemon. It's that simple. Yes they are both in the amorphous breeding group, but Rotom, being gender less, can only breed with ditto, and as such can not breed with chandelure. Chandelure however can breed with any Pokemon in the amorphous egg group, as well as ditto. The amorpheus group contains many ookemon including muk and gardevoir.
