Rotom-W
enter image description here
So apparently it's neutral to everything there. Plus it only has one weakness and it's immune to ground. What a bonus. Anyway it's bulky if used right (I assume you know how to make a bulky Rotom-W) As I said above, it's neutral to everything. It learns Will-O-Wisp (Ta-da, defensive side of it's bulkiness solved) , Thunder Wave, Toxic, and Confuse Ray. Pretty sure that's it. Oh, and it's OU. Pain Split is for healing, but it's not the most reliable. And then there's Rest...

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 56 SDef / 252 HP / 200 Def
Calm Nature
- Will-O-Wisp/Confuse Ray
- Rest/Pain Split
- Thunderbolt
- Hydro Pump

Scizor
enter image description here
Not the best, but it resists Bug and Dark, while being neutral to Fighting and Flying. It learns Toxic, surprising. It can get Roost for healing. Also, if you Baton Pass a sub to it then yeah. Bulky Physical Attacker. It's OU. (duh)

Scizor @ Leftovers
Trait: Swarm
EVs: 252 Def / 248 HP / 8 Atk
Impish Nature
- Toxic
- Roost
- Bullet Punch
- Substitute

Baton Passing a Sub works even better, IMO.

Tentacruel
enter image description here
Pretty bulky. It learns Toxic, so yeah. Also Toxic Spikes but that's different. The resists Fighting and Bug, and it neutral to Flying and Dark. It can learn Rest, though Protect + rain Dish + Black Sludge heals it significantly. It's OU.

Tentacruel @ Black Sludge
Trait: Rain Dish
EVs: 244 Def / 248 HP / 16 SDef
Bold Nature
- Toxic
- Scald
- Protect
- Substitute/Rapid Spin

Many different bulky sets for Tenta. This is Toxic Stall

Nice sets, thank you Doc. I'm going to go with Tenta because he has that Black Sludge for healing. Wonderful answer. And whodda thought Scizor had such potential.

Hippowdon.
enter image description here

  • It has 108 / 118 / 72 defences. Bulky, although watch it's mediocre SDef stat.
  • Slack Off.
  • Neutral to all of those types.
  • Toxic.
  • In OU.

Excellent physical bulk and Slack Off make it a great physical wall. It's Special Defence isn't wonderful, although I assume you have other teammates for that :P

Hippowdon @ Leftovers
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 76 Def / 180 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Toxic
- Slack Off
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock

Wonderful thank you Fizzy. Hippo would do nicely other than the fact I'm running hail. Otherwise brilliant.
No problem :D

Call me crazy k but
DRAGONITE
Why you ask?
A: resists bug and fighting, is neutral to dark and flying, and can take care of all of them with the appropriate moves
B. has recovery in roost
C. Is naturally bulky, and multiscale makes him ridiculous.
D. Learns thunderwave
E. it's ou, and for good reason

So lets try out a support set.
Dragonite
Dragonite: leftovers
Nature: careful/calm
Ability: multiscale
Evs: 252 hp 176 def 80 sp def
Heal bell/ substitute
Thunder wave
Roost
Dragon claw/dragon tail/flamethrower

Here's something. Got your paralysis, your recovery and you can make him a cleric and/or a paryshuffler. Have fun

Never thought of this guy, and you're right he works very well as bulky para staller. Sadly won't work for what I have in mind but very nicely done.
Have fun in the hail mr k
