Do you receive Master Ball before challenging Reshiram/Zekrom?

It is easier to catch them than it was any other legendary. Save the Master Ball for Kyremu.

In every pokemon game you always get a masterball before you battle the games main pokemon

You can get Two Master Balls In Generation V.

You get one from Professor Juniper in Opelucid City after getting all 8 Badges.
From the man in the Castelia City Pokemmon Center after trading with 40 peoples, GTS or locally. He is standing in the back in a suit and shades.

It is after trading with 50 people, not 40.
