What is a good moveset for Raichu in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon Gates to Infinity?

Help plz. This is PMD that means EVs are non existent and items are different.

Based off my experience in the other Mystery Dungeon games, I'd say..

Raichu @ Oran Berry
Discharge
Thunder Wave
Brick Break/Agility
Protect

Protect is for Pokemon with Earth Power or Earthquake, Brick Break hits Rock Types, which often have Ground Type moves, Discharge can hit the whole room, Thunder Wave Paralyses. As trachy suggested, Agility is good, and works well with Thunder Wave.
