Why can't I get into my Global Link account?

I've had my account for two years now, stopped using it on the second year, remembered my password and user name, put it in, but it said the password or user name is incorrect... I don't know it now, because I forgot it since the access to my account was denied about 100 times... But, why was access denied in the first place? I had all information correct...

I remember that your Dream World items reset (are deleted) if your account is inactive for 3+ months, though I don't think that Pokemon GL deletes your account for inactivity.

So I think the highest possibility is that your account information entered was wrong.

Check if Caps Lock is on, and try to get your username/ password sent to the e-mail linked to your account.
