The Fossil Pokémons' EVs?

Since fossil Pokémon are lv 25 when they are recovered, do they have any EVs? Or do they not have EVs with them.

They don't have EVs. The only way they can get those EVs are if you Ev train them, other then that its impossible to get a fossil pokemon or catch any other pokemon with them.

They dont have any EVs. They are treated as a fresh Pokemon, just like if you caught a level 25 Pokemon in a wild.
