Therian Thundurus.

Has 2x Rock weakness but can be covered by Focus Blast or Grass Knot.

Also his base 145 Special Attack is a good reason to use this Therian Beast.

Okay from a pure stat point of view it's completely obvious who wins.
Thundurus-T
IF we go into movepool I really see nothing supporting Jolteon so obviously Thundurus-T would be better - his lower speed compared to Jolteon is made up by his base 145 SpA and overall, better bulk.

I'd say jolteon and only because its not a legendary and will not get banned anywhere wich would give him acces plus not using any legendary in your team would really make you look pro XD well thats just IN MY OPINION sorry but I just want to leave that point clear
