How do I get the starters in in all the regions on Pokemon white without trading?
Sorry but as far as I know there isnt anyway to do that without trading but here is a possibility every time you go into a town or out of it in the electronic screen there will be a sign that says: Pokemon outa at route X you can go there and find a Pokemon from other regions
It is impossible to get all the starters from all the regions in any one game without trading. You might be able to see them through battles in like the Battle Subway, but you cannot get them without use of hacks, trading or the GTS.
You can't sorry simple as that. You need to trade or poketransfer but that involves trading. :P
