Can Missing No and M migrate?

They are only in the original games (due to glitches) and you can't migrate from the first generation, only from third to fourth.

I think it may be possible to trade between red and blue for example but it may freeze or break the game.

It is possible, but the chance of it being a success is very rare. Only MissingNo can do this, M is much worse.
