Ok, So while Testing My RU Team, I came Up Against a guy with a Sigilyph, I Destroyed the Guys Team, But when He sent Out His Sigilyph It really tured around the battle. I only won because I Critted it.

Sigilyph

Pure Evil (Sigilyph) @ Flame Orb
Trait: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 SAtk
Calm Nature
- Cosmic Power
- Psycho Shift
- Roost
- Stored Power

You Probably Know the Strategy.

I nearly Countered it with this Tangrowt, But Unfortunatley I missed My Sleep Powder : ( I had a replay of the BAtlle and if I find it I'll Edit it In.

Any way the Tangrowth

Tangrowth

Tangrowth @ Leftovers
Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Giga Drain
- Leech Seed
- Sleep Powder
- Hidden Power [Rock]

Any Viable Counters Will Get +1. Please Help!

Spiritomb. It's SP doesn't affect it and it can Pursuit Trap it to its doom. The only thing hurting Spirtomb is Psycho Shift. The CM set can set up in its face. For other checks and counters click here.

Any dark type will do >:D The best dark type being one behind a sub or one that has part fire typing.
However, a Pokemon like Spiritomb really stands out.
___
Spiritomb @ Leftovers
enter image description here
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 56 SAtk / 252 HP / 200 Def
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Dark Pulse
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

Doesn't get hit by Stored Power, and can also heal off burn with Rest. Sleep Talk can be replaced with a Hidden Power to hit steels.
___
Anyway, here's Smogon's idea of countering Sigilyph: http://www.smogon.com/bw/pokemon/sigilyph

Sigilyph is a formidable foe, in both RU and UU. Here is a counter for it in UU:

Sableye @ Leftovers
Trait: Prankster
EVs: 248 SDef / 252 HP / 8 Spd
Careful Nature
- Taunt
- Night Shade
- Will-o-Wisp
- Recover
With Prankster, Taunt can completely wreck the annoying piñata bird. Sableyes Dark type also makes Stored Power useless. Tadaa! Your opponent now have a useless Sigilyph(basically forcing a switch).

Since Sableye is in UU a fast Dark type Taunter would probably work best for you.

Ways to counter sigiyph:
1. you could just taunt it right of the bat. it is rendered almost completely useless by taunt, and will almost certainly switch out (unless its already boosted).
2. use frost breath on it, it will always get a crit, and will usually 2HKO sigilyph
3. encore it while boosting, you must do this with a Pokemon like whimsicott or something faster, or the encore will wear off and it can use a different move
4. lots of dark types, most notably spiritomb, will render it useless.
5. The move haze just completely and totally destroys it.
