Pikachu @ Light Ball
Ability : Lightningrod
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

Get a substitute up so Pikachu doesn't die in the next hit, then spam powerful attacks :3

:D xD !
Pika lul, run it Physichal :3
Raichu is in NU too. Why run Pikachu over Raichu? :3

Glaceon @ Choice Specs
![enter image description here][1]
Trait: Ice Body (Snow Cloak is banned)
Nature: Modest
EV's: 252 Sp. Attack/252 Speed/4 Def
Moves:
- Ice Beam
- Hidden Power (Ground)
- Shadow Ball
- Signal Beam

Unfortunately Glaceon's coverage options are rather low, and it has a stealth rock weakness. Despite that it is a powerful special attacker, though, and STAB Ice Beams coming off its massive Special Attack will really hurt anything not resistant to it. The other moves can be useful when something else will work better, though.
Unfortunately its speed is quite low, though, so even with full investment, Glaceon will still be going last a lot of the time, so you might prefer to fully invest in HP or Defence instead.

I Prefer Water Pulse Over Signal Beam. and my first NU team was 5-0'd by one of these....
Am I missing something? Glaceon can't learn Water Pulse, nor can Eevee.
I'm guessing he was thinking of the Gen IV games when Water Pulse is a TM, and Glaceon can learn it. Without trading with Gen IV, I don't think it can get Water Pulse in Gen V.
yup gen 4 it gets water pulse, but it can get this set on showdown:

Glaceon @ Choice Specs
Trait: Snow Cloak
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Ice Beam
- Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power [Ground]
- Water Pulse
O riight; I never did you Glaceon in Gen IV, so that's why. :O

Emolga @ Leftovers/ Petaya Berry
Ability: Motor Drive
EVs: 252 Sp. Atk, 252 Speed
Nature: Timid
- Substitute
- Air Slash
- Charge Beam
- Roost

I saw someone using this set really well and ended up sweeping with just 2 moves, but that was over wifi. On Smogon, NU sees so much of Golem that you might want to go for HP Grass. You can also get lucky with flinch hax using Air Slash, so that's a bonus.

image
Ludicolo @ Life Orb/ Damp Rock
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 Sp. Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Nature: Modest
- Rain Dance
- Surf/ Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Giga Drain

Ludicolo is pretty popular in NU and for good reason. It's got a really good typing, fantastic ability that abuses Rain, and also powerful Water STABs that will further abuse Rain. Additionally it's got some good coverage in Giga Drain & Ice Beam.

image
Swanna @ Leftovers/ Damp Rock
Ability: Hydration
EVs: 252 Sp. Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Nature: Timid
- Hurricane
- Surf
- Rest
- Rain Dance

This was a set I used a while ago. It's really good if you get Rain Dance up without getting hit, so maybe against Regirock when it's using Stealth Rock, but Swanna is so frail that it's harder to do that. I think if you could Baton Pass Substitute from something like Volbeat to Swanna, this set would do much better.

image
Butterfree @ Leftovers
Ability: Compound Eyes
EVs: 252 Sp. Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Nature: Timid
- Quiver Dance
- Sleep Powder
- Bug Buzz
- Substitute

Smogon suggests Tinted Lens for this set, but imo Compound eyes is better just to get a 97.5% accurate Sleep Powder. Quiver Dance will make up for not super effective anyway. Watch out for Charizard and, indeed, Stealth Rock.

Simipour & Simisear

Simix3

Simipour @ Life Orb
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Timid Nature
- Grass Knot
- Hydro Pump / Surf
- Ice Beam
- Nasty Plot / Focus Blast

Simisage @ Life Orb
Trait: Overgrow
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Timid Nature
- Leaf Storm / Giga Drain
- Focus Blast
- Hidden Power [Dark]
- Nasty Plot

Simisear @ Life Orb
Trait: Blaze
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Timid Nature
- Overheat / Flamethrower
- Grass Knot
- Focus Blast
- Hidden Power [Dark]

These Three essentially have the same set, I gave Them all Life Orb for the Purpose of Time Saving but Simipour & Simisear i've seen with Specs. Simisage has quite a Shallow Movepool so I just Put Nasty Plot on it. I find it still works fine though, They all have one Hard Hitting But Risky Move, and three coverage Moves [two in the case of Simisage,] they also have alternative more reliable moves e.g. Surf Giga Drain, but I don't believe in That. ITS POWER ALL THE WAY! instead of compromising with accuracy & power i'll just complain when I miss c: gg

What about Nasty Plot on Simisear?? He's really weak without that or Specs.

EELEKTROSSMEISTER! DEKU TREE ON DUTY!

![enter image description here][1]

Eelektross is undoubtedly one of the scariest Pokemon for a defensive team to face, and it's not surprising why this is so; with excellent attacking stats, an expansive offensive movepool with great coverage options, and a slow Volt Switch and U-turn, it can be both unpredictable and incredibly difficult to wall. On top of that, Eelektross's bulk allows it to take a few hits, and it has no weaknesses that opposing teams can prey upon. Unfortunately, more offensive teams can typically make it hard for Eelektross to do its job, as in spite of its lack of weaknesses, it has very few resistances, and because of its poor Speed, it's not very difficult to outpace it.
-Smogon

I like this moveset.

Eelektross @ Expert Belt
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 Atk
Mild Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Flamethrower
- Giga Drain
- Superpower

This thing does damage I can tell. Some call it Ebeltross. This Eelektross breaks all walls in NU.

Then you have the Volt switch Eelektross or the U-turn Eelektross.

Eelektross @ Choice Specs
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 Atk
Mild Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Flamethrower
- Giga Drain
- Volt Switch

or

I know you wanted a Special attacker. Use the other sets. But use this if you need a Physical attacker.

Eelektross @ Choice Band
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- U-turn
- Superpower
- Aqua Tail
- Wild Charge

Yeah, I hope you liked my answer. Go with Eelektross!
