Tips for training my Pokemon team to their full potential?

I have a shiny Infernape Lv.37, a shiny Metagross Lv.75, shiny Blastoise Lv.75, a Phione/Manaphy egg, and an egg which I gave up a legendary for. How do I make my team stronger? I really would like to be able to win online battles

Have you heard of EV training and IVs?? if you havent this is the way to use your full potential
I dont do this myself because of the long process but thats what you have to do to get a Pokemons full potential plus also get the right nature for each Pokemon here, ill give you the links so you can keep in track of this:

Also you can check on your Pokemons databases and check in the question for good movesets almost all Pokemons if not all have an answer

NOTE: Its probably too late to EV train your metagross, sorry
