How do I get to the Chamber of Emptiness, and where do I trade Pokemon from Generation V?
Shofu made a video about mega stones, and with the Banette mega stone he used Waterfall so you'll need that. You will see the location in the video :)
If you mean trading them to X or Y, you can't right now I think, but in late December they will release PokéTransporter and Pokémon Bank, you can transfer with those.
