Is Faint Attack now called Feint Attack?

In X/Y there is a move called Feint Attack. Is this just Faint Attack, or is it a new move?

Yes it is. "Faint Attack" was basically a bad translation of the move from Japanese.

To feint is to "make a deceptive or distracting movement" whereas faint is to "lose consciousness". While the latter could make sense as a deceptive move (e.g. the user pretends to faint), feint is the most appropriate word.

So now there's a "Feint" and a "Feint Attack"?
