Affection and Friendliness the same? [closed]

X and Y has Pokémon Amie, which make your Pokémon grow more friendlier. Does Affection matter with Friendliness so I can get Draco Meteor on Gabite/Garchomp?

They are two entirely separate mechanics. Affection (the one in Pokemon Amie) is used to evolve Sylveon, and also gives your Pokemon various boosts in battle.

Frienship, which is the one you need in this case, is the exact same as in previous generations. It is used to evolve various Pokemon, and gets you max damage when using Return.
