Say a Sylveon used Hidden Power [Ground]. What happens if it has Pixilate? Will it be a fairy type move or ground?
Hidden Power is never Normal type unless the Pokemon has Normalise as its ability; it is only listed as Normal in-game, because its type changes according to individual Pokemon.
Therefore Hidden Power is not affected by Pixilate.
