He can be either one but as a sweeper his average speed stat of 85 is a hindrance and he doesn't learn agility. As a tank his defense is respectable 100 but he is living in the shadow of herecross. He is like dragonite in comparison to salamence

Heracross and Pinsir have the exact same Attack and Speed but Pinsir has better other stats. Heracross has STAB fighting but I would say Pinsir is better overall.
