For a long time, I have been using Blissey and Forretress for my physical and special walls, but I have found out that Dusclops with eviolite does both. But, I have one spot left, and I need it to have Stealth Rock and/or Spikes/Toxic Spikes as well as be somewhat offensive.

Infernape @ Focus Sash
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 252 Atk, 4 Sp. Atk, 252 Speed
Nature: Naive
-Overheat
-Fake Out
-Close Combat
-Stealth Rock

Okay this is slightly different if only just for Focus Sash and 4 Sp. Atk EV investment, but I need to explain this version of anti-lead Infernape.

An anti-lead is supposed to set up rocks while stopping your opponent from doing the same thing. The main threats to an Infernape running this set, however, are Politoed, Hippodown and Rotom-W, which Infernape's 2 STABs cannot fully cover. Fake Out negates Sturdy users like Skarmory and Forretress, who will more than infrequently be carrying Custap Berry instead of Leftovers, and Infernape is at a speed tie with Terrakion, so Terrakion only has a 50% chance of setting up Rocks. Even if Terrakion decides to go for the offensive, it can't break Infernape's Sash. With Focus Sash, Blaze will almost certainly activate and charge Overheat's power.

Mamoswine @ Focus Sash
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Nature: Jolly/ Adamant
-Endeavor
-Ice Shard
-Earthquake
-Stealth Rock

This set means Mamo is guaranteed to set up Rocks as long as you don't have hazards on your side already. Mamo is immune to all weather buffeting as well, which means that is not an option to negate its Sash. It's got decent speed, meaning Endeavour + Ice Shard finish will work on most Pokemon. If Mamoswine survives after setting up some Rocks, it can be a good Revenge Pokemon, using STAB Ice Shard on notable threats like Garchomp, Salamence and Thudurus-T.

Landorus-T @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 248 HP, 172 Def, 88 Speed
Nature: Jolly/ Naive
-Stealth Rock
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge/ HP Ice
-U-Turn

Offensive pivot Landorus-T doesn't see any attack investment, but it pretty much doesn't need any to be able to deal damage. Depending on how often you face Gliscor or other Landorus-T, you might want to go for HP Ice > Stone Edge. Depending on the rest of your team, Landorus-T can work with something like Blissey/ Chansey and be a good sponge for Physical hits.

Curstle @ Custap Berry
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 Atk, 200 HP, 56 Speed
Nature: Adamant
-Stealth Rock
-Spikes
-Rock Blast/ Stone Edge
-X-Scissor/ Earthquake

Crustle is a RU/ UU hazard layer, but if you just want something that can get Rocks + a layer of Spikes out OR go on the offensive for its last move, then Crustle is a suitable choice. With Custap & Sturdy combination, it can either lay out a final set of spikes, but it also has a pretty decent base 95 attack. No speed investment is really needed for Crustle, since it's so slow anyway; speed investment only really goes into a Shell Smash set.

I forgot about Landorus and Mamoswine. Good job, pointing them out !
garchomp and terrakion are viable stealth rockers

Stealth Rock in-game is useless. But competitively, I think Infernape and Tyranitar are 2 offensive Stealth Rock users, with movesets like this:

Infernape @ Expert Belt:
Trait: Blaze
EV: 252 ATK / 252 Speed / 4 HP
Jolly Nature

  • Flare Blitz
  • Close Combat
  • Fake Out
  • Stealth Rock

or

Tyranitar @ Leftovers:
Trait: Sand Stream
EV: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Speed
Adamant Nature

  • Stone Edge
  • Crunch
  • Stealth Rock
  • Earthquake

And so-on. Hope it helps !

I'm sorry, but Expert Belt? o_O
What else ? He cannot stick to Stealth Rock, and a Sash will be blowed by Stealth Rock + Whirlwind or any priority.
