How do you get a Pokemon to have its hidden ability in generation 6?

I would like to know. Not only for starter/event Pokemon in generation 6, but also for horde and wild Pokemon encounters.

• A Pokemon encountered in a Horde Battle has a small chance to have its Hidden Ability.
• You can get Pokemon with their Hidden Abilities in the Friend Safari if you and that friend have been online at the same time.
