Because ive heard some people say they are OU and some say UBER and I really want one and since I have a ditto I can get more than onePS where do you get them

You must have mistaken my saying it belongs in the OU tier due to its use in Ubers as tiering.

You have to use the pokeradar on route 209. Also according to smogon, tauros is an NU not uber
