What kind of games can Pokemon be traded off of to poke mom x and y?

I see that all it say in order to mostly complete pokedex is to go to friend safari zone, what if I don't have enough friend or just no internet. And I want to buy the older games but the older version to trade to x and y, what games can I do that with?

You still need the internet to transfer to Pokemon X&Y; you must have wifi to use Pokebank, and Pokebank is the only way to transfer Pokemon from older generations to Pokemon X&Y.

The only games compatible to transfer Pokemon to X&Y are Pokemon BW and Pokemon B2W2.
