If you are flying type or a pokemon with levitate, and you had gravity in battle before, will a flying type or a pokemon with levitate get hit by spikes?

Gravity negates the effects of Levitate and Flying resistance. As such, Ground moves, Spikes, and Toxic Spikes would hit those Pokemon wqith Gravity in play.
