Can you catch a shedinja???

Im pretty sure you cant find them in the wild and theyre full healt h making it very hard and if you hit them you kil them so whats the deal???

The only way to get shedinja
is evolve it fro a nincada at lv 20 with an empty spot in your team or try finding one on the gts

Can you find nincada in HG or SS?
im asking because my email thingy wont let me ask questions!!!

You can find them on HG and SS at the bug comp on tuesday thursday and saterday. You will have to look around a bit but you will find them!
p.s the bug comp is in the national park in Johto
