Why arent their that many dragon types and why are most of them dual types?

There are not many Dragon types (this is just me guessing here) likely because they are rare creatures, and do not exist in actual life. Some of the more common Dragon types though are based off creatures that you can find in real life, but there aren't very many. The dual-typing is due to their high stats, so a x4 weakness will couteract this.
