What is the chance of a Wild Pokemon dropping something after battle? What are the drops?

I have just discovered that wild Pokemon may drop stuff after battle in X and Y, like a Mental Herb. So what are the chances and what are the drops?

This isn't a wild Pokemon drop.
It is actually drops from the scenery around you in battle.
Since you got a Mental Herb, you must have fought on Route 5, 7, 10, 11, or 19 and used Razor Leaf or Petal Blizzard. Certain moves interact with certain background objects in battle in X & Y.
