Mine knows:
- Ancient Power (When paired with Serene Grace - Incredible!)
- Aura Sphere (Great power, infinite accuracy and coverage)
- Air Slash (STAB, 60% flinch probability)
- Nasty Plot (Great combo with a full special moves)

Togekiss is a great Special attacker, but never put physical moves on it, unless you're gonna try out Para-flinch. Anyway, here's are good moveset options that I've tried on my Togekiss, Eggshell.

AURA SPHERE
(Incredible coverage, perfect for wall-breaking against Rock, Steel, Normal, and Ice-types)

HIDDEN POWER (GROUND) / TRI-ATTACK
(Stronger than Mud-Slap, and Special-based, Hidden Power (Ground) is an incredibly useful utility on a Togekiss. If you can't get this on your Togekiss, go for Tri-Attack)

MAGICAL LEAF
(Take out Bulky Water-types; surprises Quagsire, Swampert, and Lanturn)

THUNDER WAVE / AIR SLASH /
SHADOW BALL / SILVER WIND
(A lot of options here! Togekiss is slow, so Thunder Wave is a good utility to speed it up. Air Slash is a potent STAB option with a 60% chance to flinch, which also helps similarly to Thunder Wave. Shadow Ball takes care of Psychics and Ghosts who will try to hinder your sweeping. Finally, Silver Wind punishes Grasses, Psychics, and Darks. It also has a 20% chance of raising ALL of Togekiss' stats, making for incredible sweeping AND walling capabilities.)

How can it even learn Tri-Attack?

Togekiss (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 80 HP / 80 Def / 252 SAtk / 16 SDef / 80 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Thunder Wave
- Air Slash
- Wish
- Aura Sphere

Bulky Sweeper, para hax and flinch hax mixing is fun, wish is for team support and you can probably flinch the turn for you to use it. Aura sphere is great coverage, and air slash is STAB.

Togekiss
Ability: Serene Grace
Nature: Timid (+Spe, -Atk) or Modest (+SpA, -Atk)
EVs: 252 SpA, 252 Spe, 4 SpD
Item: King's Rock/Leftovers- Leftovers is ur standard healing item or if you want to annoy ur opponent, air slash+serene grace+king's rock= 70% chance of flinching
- Air Slash- STAB and 60% chance of flinching with Serene Grace
- Aura Sphere- high power, never misses, defeats ice and rock weakness, and kills bulky steels and normal types
- Nasty Plot/Thunder Wave/Roost- boost your special attack power, be even more annoying with paralysis, or heal your HP
- Shadow Ball/Psyshock/Tri-Attack- Shadow Ball to take out annoying ghost types, psyshock for Special walls like Blissey, or high power STAB move that when combined with king's rock = 50% chance of either paralyze, burn, freeze, and/or flinching (Just in case anyone was wondering you get Tri-Attack on Togekiss by trading over the togepi from Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness)

Since its impossible to get Nasty Plot and Tri-Attack, it's probably better to give Tri-Attack Togekiss a Modest Nature and Thunder Wave. For Nasty Plot Togekiss you can give it a Modest Nature but I prefer a Timid Nature because you are already boosting your Special Attack with Nasty Plot.

Togekiss (M) @ Choice Scarf

Trait: Serene Grace

EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd

Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)

  • Flamethrower
  • Air Slash
  • Aura Sphere
  • Shadow Ball

Flamethrower gives Sick nasty coverage, and it's just plain awesome.
Air Slash gives STAB and a pretty nice flinch rate, while Aura Sphere and Shadow Ball provide more sick nasty coverage.

This guy covers 485 Pokémon; recommended for sun teams only, however:

  • Solarbeam (Psyshock/Flamethrower are also good)
  • Shadow Ball
  • Aura Sphere
  • Air Slash

Just make sure it has as high SAtt and Spe as possible.

I made this set for birthday Togekiss, which cannot have any IV gen, egg or previous-evolution moves. Note it has the Super Luck ability and therefore is not good as para-flicher.

I actually won the first PO tournament on this site with this Togekiss.
You don't blame him for winning? Was he supposed to lose or something?

I'm new but here goes
Togekiss
quiet nature (+sp attack-speed)
ability-Hustle
EVs 252hp 128 attack 128 sp attack
moveset:
-work up
-extremespeed-Stab priority
-fire blast-coverage
-hidden power ground-coverage

I thought since everyone was using serene grace on there movesets I' do one with hustle.
Hustle only reduces the accuracy of extremespeed so the accuracy drop isn't too big a problem compared to the boosted power. The EVs are in Hp to tank hits while the rest are split between offenses. The lack of speed isnt a problem with extremespeed.

Togekiss
Serene Grace

Aura Sphere (covers rocks and ice)
Metronome (randomness)
Sky Attack (good chance of flinching)
ExtremeSpeed

Since Togekiss has high Special Attack and low Attack, Sky Attack and ExtremeSpeed won't do a whole lot of damage. Metronome is, like you said, random, but so random that you probably won't get a good move.

What about this?
Nature: modest/timid
Ability: serene grace
Item: leftovers
Moves:
Aura sphere: coverage
Air slash: STAB
Flamethrower/fire blast: takes out steel types better, especially the likes of Scizor and Escavalier
Nasty plot: AMAZING increase and power.
