Mine -obtained in trade- knows:
Psychic - STAB, strong, accurate, may lower SDef
Recover - recovery
Shadow Ball - coverage, strong, accurate, may lower SDef
Charge Beam - accurate, SAtt boost

I if need any changes, keep on mind that I don't want tutoring or TMs. Just using Heart Scales, if needed.

This set is fine. If you want to cover more types, like the common steel type, you could use focus blast, but I see what you said about the TMs, so it should be good.
