I see in the moltres a egg cycle and the same in suicune, well legendary pkmns can breed or not?
They cannot breed (with the exception of Manaphy). Those Egg Cycles only exist in case they ever make an event with a legendary in an Egg (not likely though), or for hackers who make those Pokemon capable of breeding in their games.
