I was wondering if Ho-oh can learn Fire Spin in HG/SS because my friend always uses endure with his Sceptile and wins :(, but if I use Fire Spin will hurt his Sceptile at least 1HP which is enough to kill him when he uses endure. PLEASE HELP!!!
No,Ho-oh can't learn Fire Spin,but he can learn Will-o-wisp which will cause a burn,and it will cut it's attack (if it's a physical Sceptile).Toxic is also an option
