Are shiny eggs set ?

Somebody asked this question already but the answer was complicated.
I just wanna know if I get an egg, save, hatch it and its a shiny and soft reset it will it still be shiny ?

Nope!

The following characteristics of a Pokemon are set when you recieve the egg from the DayCare Man:

What Pokemon it will be
IVs
*Shininess (PVs)
Nature*

So say i havent hatched the egg but i saved and then i hatch it and its a shiny then i SR , it wont be shiny ?
