Pokemon transporter not showing my Pokemon in box 1?

Question

So I put in my black 2 and made sure all my Pokemon were in box 1 and then I saved the game. I went to Pokemon transporter and it said I had no Pokemon in box 1. why is this

Okay it could be because of one of the following reasons:

• You didn't have your B/W/B2/W2 game cartridge in your 3DS when you accessed Pokémon Transporter.
• Your Pokémon are hacked in some way, so it won't let you transfer them over.
• The Pokémon that were in Box 1 were Eggs or were Black or White Kyurem. Eggs and Black/White Kyurem cannot be transferred over using Pokémon Transporter.
• The transfer box is already filled with Pokémon that have been previously transferred.
• You didn't actually save the game or the game didn't finish saving and there's actually no Pokémon in Box 1.
