No, Diancie doesn't have an evolution, like most(if not all legendary) Pokemon.
It does, however, resemble Carbink.

"Diancie is born from a Carbink that undergoes a mutation. It can instantly create diamonds by compressing the carbon in the air; these diamonds can then be used to defend itself."

But it's not an evolution.

For the moment no one knows

As you know Diance has only been revealed in the movie Diance and the Coocon of Destruction. And it´s been leaked about it evolving from Carbink but it´s fake. Game Freak hasn´t officially revealed it yet but it could be some connection. It´s only been revealed on CoroCoro (Japan magazine) so no one knows yet only a pair of hackers have been trying to hack Diance in success.
Maybe it could be a kind of Fusion like DNA splicers?
