I have a garchomp who needs a move to kill ice types, I already have taught him iron tail, but would stone edge be any better?

Stone Edge would be WAY better seeing that it is super effective against most Ice types while Iron Tail won't be so good against, let's say, Lapras, because it has a dual type that counters Iron Tail. Plus - Stone Edge doesn't get you recoil, unlike Acoll1023 said.

Stone edge also covers many other things as well including all the weaknesses of grass type except posion.
