For example, Sandstorm raises the Special defense stat of rock type Pokemon by 50%. What else does different weather affect?

Rain

Advantages

  • Increases the power of Water moves by 50% (x1.5).
  • Pokemon with the ability Swift Swim have theie Speed stat doubled.
  • Pokemon with Dry Skin restore 1/8 of their HP every turn.
  • Pokemon with Rain Dish restore 1/6 of their HP every turn.

Disadvantages

  • Decreases the power of Solar Beam and all Fire-type moves by 50%.

Sandstorm

Advantages

  • Pokemon with Sand Rush have their Speed stat doubled.
  • Pokemon with Sand Force have their Rock, Steel and Ground moves do 30% (x1.33) more damage.
  • Pokemon with Sand Veil have their evasion inreased by 20% (x1.2).

Hail

Advantages

  • Pokemon with Snow Cloak have their evasion inreased by 20% (x1.2).
  • Pokemon with Ice Body restore 1/16 of their health every turn.

Disadvantages

  • Causes Solar Beam to deal only half its damage.

Sun

Advantages

  • The base power of Fire-type moves will be increased by 50%
  • The base power of Water-type moves will be decreased by 50%
  • Pokémon with Chlorophyll will have their Speed doubled.

You do realise it's not complete right xD
it is complete, i dont consider the damage taken a "stat change".
You forgot weather moves, like Rain causing Thunder to hit 100%, you might want to add these.

Intense Sunlight

・Increases the power of Fire-type moves by 50%.
・Allows Solar Beam to be used instantly.
・In Generation V and on, causes Growth to raise Attack and Special Attack two stages each.

There is also Diamond Dust, although it has no effect in or out of battle.

Sand

  • Rock types gain a 50% special defense raise
  • Pokemon with Sand rush have their speed doubled
  • Pokemon with Sand force do 50% more damage with Rock, Ground ans Steel type attacks and are immune to Sand damage
  • Sand veil increases evasion by one stage

Rain

Doesn't really directly impact your stats, but it does do some other things:

  • Increases the power of water type moves by 50%
  • Decreases the power of fire type moves by 50%
  • Pokemon with Rain dish recover 1/16th of HP in rain every turn
  • Thunder and Hurricane will always hit
  • Pokemon with Dry skin recover 1/8th of HP at the end of every turn
  • Pokemon with Hydration will have their status condition cured at the end of the turn(provided they have one)

Sun

  • Increases base power of fire type moves by 50%
  • Decreases the power of water type moves by 50%
  • Pokemon with Chlorophyll have their speed doubled
  • Solar beam doesn't require a turn to charge
  • Healing moves such as Morning sun, Synthesis and Moonlight recover 2/3 of your HP
  • Pokemon with Dry skin lose 1/8th if their HP each turn
  • Pokemon with Leaf guard are immune to certain status conditions
  • Pokemon with Flower gift will raise the team's Attack and Special defense by 50%
  • Pokemon with Solar power have their Special attack raised by 50%, but lose 1/8th of HP each turn in return
  • Growth raises Attack and Special attack by 2 stages
  • Harvest always restores a berry
  • Hurricane and Thunder are less accurate

Hail

  • All non-ice type Pokemon are damaged for 1/16th of their HP each turn
  • Synthesis, Morning Sun and Moonlight will recover only ¼ of the user's maximum HP
  • Blizzard's accuracy increases to 100%
  • Pokemon with the Ice Body Ability recover 1/16 of their maximum HP each turn
  • Pokemon with the Snow Cloak Ability increase their evasion by 20%.

The Sand boosts evasion by 20% for Pokemon that have the ability sand veil, Pokemon with sand rush have their speed doubled in the sand. Rain boosts water type moves power by 50% and lowers fire type moves power by 50%. Sun boosts fire type moves power by 50% and lowers water type moves power by 50%. Pokemon with the ability snow cloak have their evasion boosted by 20% in the hail. In the Sun the ability Solar Power boosts your SpA by 50%, at the cost of 1/8 Hp.
