Is there a way to check Gen 4 IVs now that Wi-fi has shut down?

I need to breed some Scythers in Gen IV to get exclusive moves but now that the Wi-fi has been shut down, is there any way of checking your hatched Pokemon's IVs?? I believe the IV Checker in Gen IV only tells you one random perfect IV instead of all of them.

Well you could always use the iv calculator.
