Do Pokemon with Skill Link ignore Accuracy?

I was thinking about having a competitive Cinccino with Skill Link. However, some of its move have lower accuracy than normal and since Skill Link makes multi-hitting moves hit up to 5 times, does this mean Skill Link ignores accuracy?

No, Skill Link does not ignore Accuracy. If you hit you hit 5 times if you miss then it's a miss.
