At what level does Pikachu learn Discharge in PMD Explorers of Sky?

Question

One of the best moves ever in this game, for me it's the BEST!

My partner is Pikachu and I need Discharge for some Boss-Fights that use more than 2 Pokemon. I don't know if Discharge is learnt at the same level like in the normal games, but I don't think so.

Pikachu learns Discharge at Level 37.
