Can Pokemon talk in Pokemon black and white versions?

I was just wondering if Pokemon could talk in the new reigon because it would be cool.

I doubt that they would be able to talk because past Pokemon games have never done this and pokemon just don't talk. But, you never know..

Well I guess you can say Pokemon can talk because based on the anime Lapres and Mewtwo both talked to Ash using Telepathy.

Possibly... but I wouldn't bet on it. They might be able to with telepathy, but thats about it.
