If an Item is continuously used, would Unburden reactivate when a recycled item is used again?

Question

Meaning, if a Pokémon has an item that is used, gains the Unburden speed boost, uses Recycle and again uses the item, would it get another speed boost from Unburden?

When you get your item back, the Unburden boost will go away until you lose it again.
