Special attack is it's highest stat and then it's speed and then hp then attack and Last time I checked the evs pokemon give off corispond to it's best stat. So is does it really give off these EVs or was there an error on an update to the site?
It does give off an attack EV. Some Pokemon are like this, just a way to break out of the expected I guess. Or maybe the powerful magic of the gimmick Pokemon gave it strange EV abilities.
