If Smeargle sketched Hidden power would it copy the type and power and if bred would the off spring have it. or would it's hidden power depend on it's own Ivs
Yeah, I'm with Darth on this one. Smeargle's own IVs would determine the power and type, since both of these variables are fully dependent on the user's qualities. The same goes for Ditto using Transform.
