Will I be able to find Terrakion again on Omega Ruby?

I accidentally killed my terrakion in omega ruby, will I get another chance to catch him?

Don't know for sure, but likely this:

Beat the E4 again, then it should reappear.

Without resetting anything you will possible be able to catch him again. And you can always reset or turn it off before it save after Terrakion died.
