Could someone plase give me a detailed, not to complex, tutorial on how to get another person's Super Secret Base without scanning. I need to connect over wifi.

The only way to access another player's secret base is by the 3DS Streetpass This however is little hard. You kind of need to go outside on the Streets or where there's people that carry around 3DSs with with ORAS loaded I believe.
