I know where Lugia is (the lower decks of Sea Mauville), but seeing as I have Omega Ruby, that doesn't help me any :P Can someone tell me where to find Ho-Oh?
Ho-oh is found in the portal at the end the deck of sea mauville. Note that you have to have the clear bell for it to appear.
