On Pokemon mystery dungeon blue rescue team, can you move the map?

As Blue Rescue Team is basically a DS version of the GBA Red Rescue Team, they have the same setup and features. The game was made for a single screen system, so there is no option to shift the map to the top screen. In Explorers of Time/Darkness/Sky exclusively for the DS, you can shift the map to the top screen if you want to.

No, I've tried everything in my Power with Pokemon Red rescue team and it cannot be moved. It's never really obstructed my view though. I wouldn't assume this to change in it's counterpart
