What do you MEAN just by that?
...
Or do you mean a certain ability that MAKES then pickup items?
Combee's Ability make him PICKUP honey, not generate.

It's more like generating then picking up because in the ice cave he can still pick up NON-FROZEN honey and you can find it while flying on lati@s
